The boys and girls swimming programs in the Southern Connecticut Conference have held lapathons and diveathons the last four years to fundraise for Lion Heart. Lion Heart was founded by 2-time breast cancer survivor Kathleen van Rijn, the sister of North Haven High School Swim Coach.
