Change In Score Reporting Requirement

Beginning with the winter season, schools will be required to report the results of all varsity contests on the day the game is played. The change will allow the CIAC provide more accurate rankings data throughout the season.

Schools have several options to report scores to meet the requirement. Scores can be reported via the Online Eligibility Center, the coaches form submission pages at CIACsports.com, CIACmobile.com or via MaxPreps. ADs can create access codes for their coaches and/or scorekeepers/managers to allow them to report scores as well.

As currently 95% of scores are already being reported on the day of competition CIAC believes this change will not greatly impact how schools are currently handling results reporting.
