The next week will be full of CIAC Tournament competition culminating with championships next weekend. For those participating or for anyone interested here are some links and information that might be useful.
- Tournament Central will be the best resource for schools and fans as CIAC tournaments begin in the coming days. The site will have tournament pairings when they are released, game rosters, schedules, results and more. Please share with a wide audience so everyone has access to the most up-to-date and complete information. Similarly much of the same information is available on the CIAC mobile app which is accessible by going to CIACmobile.com on the browser on your mobile device.
- The NFHS Network will live stream the Outdoor Track & Field Open Championship, and the finals in the baseball, girls lacrosse, boys volleyball, and boys lacrosse tournaments as well as the boys and girls tennis singles and doubles Open finals. The broadcasts will be available on your computer or mobile device and a $10 subscription will give viewers access to all those competitions. - Online tickets will be available for championship sites for CIAC Tournament finals. Though the links are not yet set-up they will be available at https://gofan.co/CIAC. Buying tickets online in advance, particularly for large groups of student fans, is usually the best logistical option to insure quick entry to the venue.
- You can sign up for SMS text message updates or tournament email updates for specific sports, tournaments, or schools. It’s a great way to have information you want sent directly to you.
- CIAC will also be providing live online stats for the boys and girls lacrosse tournament finals. Those links will be available at tournamentcentral.ciacsports.com once the match-ups are finalized.
