CHESHIRE, Conn. – The online application for media credentials for the CIAC basketball finals at Mohegan Sun the hockey finals at Ingalls Rink at Yale and the Boys Swimming State Open at Yale are now available. Media planning to cover any of the finals must complete the on-line application for credentials by 9 a.m. Friday March 16.
All applications for the championships must be completed at the following link: http://casci.ac/3235. The credential application form will be updated with the qualifying teams throughout the week as the finals schedule and match-ups are determined but is available for completion now. Credentials are intended for professional working media only, other entities will have their applications denied.
Media entities planning to provide radio or live-streams of the finals must complete the online credential form, as well as the Broadcast Application Form at http://casci.ac/1493 and submit the required rights fee.
All submitted credential requests will be reviewed and the submitter will be contacted if there are issues with the submission. If approved, submitted attendees will have credentials waiting for them at Will Call at either Mohegan Sun or Ingalls Rink, or placed on the pass list for Kiphuth Pool and must show ID to collect the credential. There will be one credential issued per person valid for entry to the facility for the championship weekend but media space will be limited to those covering specific games.

Those covering the game will receive media guidelines for the venue and the finals upon entering the facility.
