Eighteen championships in less than a week. Safe to say it is a busy time of year in the world of Connecticut high school sports. - From the New Britain Herald: It has been a season 34 years in the making as the New Britain boys won the class LL outdoor track & field title.
- From the Manchester Journal Inquirer: The Windsor boys and girls track teams pulled off a “double-double” winning title in class L track & field.
- From the Hartford Courant: The Wethersfield boys track & field team did not need individual winners to capture the class MM championship.

- From the Hartford Courant: East Catholic halted a championship run to earn a title of its own in the class S boys tennis tournament.
