CHESHIRE, Conn. – The on-line application for media credentials for the CIAC baseball finals at Palmer Field in Middletown June 13-14 is now available. Media planning to cover any of the finals must complete the on-line application for credentials by 4 p.m. Thursday June 12.

All submitted credential requests will be reviewed and the submitter will be contacted only if there are issues with the submission, otherwise they have been approved for space. Due to increased interest in the championships press box space will be limited, prompting the need for the credentialing process. Depending on space, news outlets may be limited to a single reserved space in the press box, and priority will be given to those working on deadline.
There will be not be an on-line credential request process for the four other spring sport championships taking place this weekend, but media should be prepared to present proper identification for admittance. In addition, those planning radio broadcasts of championship events must contact Joel Cookson at jcookson

org to confirm site accessibility and accommodations.

Friday, June 13
Class LL: #17 Amity vs. #3 Southington, 7 p.m.
Saturday, June 14
Class S: #17 Portland vs. #3 Thomaston, 12 p.m.
Class L: #14 Masuk vs. #4 Notre Dame-West Haven, 3:30 p.m.
Class M: #11 Haddam-Killingworth vs. #1 Rocky Hill, 7 p.m.
