CSGA Rules of Golf Workshop

unnamed (2)The 2016 CSGA Rules Workshop will be held Saturday and Sunday, March 5th and 6th at Wethersfield Country Club in Wethersfield, Connecticut. The workshop is a two-day educational seminar designed to equip an interested golfer or professional with an overview of the Rules of Golf and its Decisions, and will feature in-depth presentations on the fundamental Rules governing match and stroke play, playing the ball as it lies, playing the course as it is found and the Rules dealing with relief situations. The CSGA and CIAC will also be teaming up for a Rules of Golf workshop at the CIAC offices for high school coaches in the near future. Keep an eye out for information on registering for that event coming soon.

The cost to attend is $125 and all attendees will receive the latest editions of The Rules of Golf and Decisions on the Rules of Golf. An optional 50-question test will be administered following the seminar, and PGA members and apprentices will receive 12 MSR credits for attending the class and an additional 1 credit for taking the test (regardless of test score).
