National Federation Basketball Information

  • The NFHS has gotten several inquiries about a new product on the market called a Concept 1 Shoe made by Athletic Propulsion Labs. Based on the product information and the marketing claims made by the company, the product would be prohibited for competition based on NFHS Basketball Rule 3-5-4.

    STRATFORD, Conn. - It was a big day in the world of Connecticut High School boys basketball as legendary St. Joseph's Academy (Trumbull) boys basketball coach Vito Montelli announced his retirement today after 50 years at the helm.
