As inclement weather impacts the CIAC spring championship schedule, CIAC can provide the following updates. The start times for the Class LL and Class MM meets scheduled for Tuesday June 2 at Willow Brook Park and Middletown High School respectively have been delayed. The field events will now begin at 3:30 p.m. and the track events at 4 p.m. at both sites.
The Class L meet which was suspended on Monday will resume Wednesday June 3 at 9 a.m. at Willow Brook Park with field and track events. This meet was taking place at Middletown but will be completed at Willow Brook Park. The Class S meet which was suspended on Monday will resume Wednesday June 3 at 12 p.m. at Willow Brook Park with field and track events. The Class M meet scheduled for Wednesday June 3 at Willow Brook Park will now begin with field events at 3:30 p.m. and track events at 4 p.m.
In addition, as postponements and/or changes are processed by the CIAC they can all be viewed at Tournament Central by clicking on the “scheduled/postponements” tab. That page will be updated throughout the day whenever new changes come in to the CIAC office.
